This site uses a single first-party cookie. We do not use third-party cookies, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers of any kind. The cookie we set does not contain personal information and is not shared outside our own systems.

This cookie is set only when you click "Got it" on the banner. If you close the banner without clicking, or if you do not visit the banner at all, the cookie is not set. The cookie contains a single value ("1") indicating that dismissal has occurred, and no identifier is associated with your device, browser or session.
Technical implementation
The cookie is set using the browser's localStorage API rather than the classic HTTP cookie mechanism. This means it is not sent to our server on subsequent page requests. Its scope is limited to your local browser storage and it is inaccessible to any script served from a different domain.
How to manage cookies
You can clear the cb_dismissed value at any time using your browser's cookie or local-storage management tools. In most browsers this is accessible via Settings → Privacy → Site data. Clearing it will cause the cookie banner to reappear on your next visit.
Most modern browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal and a range of cookie-blocking options. Because we do not use analytics or advertising trackers, these settings have no effect on our site beyond controlling the single functional cookie above.
Server logs
Separately from cookies, our hosting provider retains server logs for 30 days containing IP address, browser user-agent and requested URL for each page view. These logs are used solely for security and abuse-prevention. Details are in our privacy policy.
Updates to this notice
If we change what cookies we set or how we use server logs, we will update this page and log the date of the change.
